I've never been so happy to write a check.
When my regular plumber was unable to snake out my drain line, he diagnosed it as having collapsed and recommended that I have the line rerouted around the house.
He was unable to perform that task so I contacted Cole based on advertising and reputation.
When I explained the situation I was told that a serviceman would repeat the procedure done by the previous plumber to verify the problem. I was also informed that if the line had collapsed, it might be possible to correct without rerouting the line, though Cole could if it was required.
As it turned out, Cole plumbing had no difficulty giving the line a proper cleaning and assured me there was not an actual problem.
The technician was prompt, efficient and answered all my questions politely.
Guess who I will be calling first for any problems in the future?
