Review content:
We can't tell you how much we appreciate the outstanding job Gilman Kitchens and Bath did in transforming our condominium from a rather tired apartment circa nineteen-eighty-right to the beautiful space it is today. A number of friends who have visited have even drawn comparisons to Architecture Digest! We are delighted to have such a wonderful and inviting home, and we want to thank you and your entire crew for making this possible. From the first time we went to your showroom, and were greeted by Kathy Smith and led through the process of how to approach the design of the kitchen, to meeting with you, Sean, and learning about how your design and construction process works, and what the business side of this project would look like, through working extensively with Avery and Brigette on design choices and implementation, we felt increasingly confident that we made the right choice in asking Gilman's to do this very large project for us. A special thank you to Avery, who is so extraordinary at what she does, and with whom we worked so closely for so long. The results speak for themselves, and we couldn't be happier. Anyone who has gone through a large, or even a small, remodel knows how much the personalities and performance of all of the contractors, subcontractors, and designers affect the quality of the experience for the homeowner. Every one of the people you employed to work on our remodel was not only very, very good at what they did, but they were also unfailingly courteous, prompt, and pleasant to have here, without exception. Please extend our thank you to all of them. And Sean, though it has been several months since this project has been completed, you continue to be available to answer questions and help problem solve, even when the issue may only be tangentially related to what you did. We have had experiences in the past when this wasn't the case, and we really appreciate your continuing to help in this way. It has been our pleasure to recommend Gilman's to many of our friends without reservation. As we said, we are very, very happy with our new home.
