Star was reccommended to me by a friend and I am very satisfied with the results. I had a very simple roof repair, replacing a single slate shingle that had fallen off, and could not find a roofer to fix it for less that $500! I gave Star a call, it was easy to get in touch with them, they were polite, helpful, and very professional. They took the time to explain a few options, and the associated pricing, and we agreed on a course of action, they would send a crew when they had an hour to spare since it was such a simple repair. I was told it would be completed within the next 7-10 days, which was fine with me. NEXT DAY! the job was done, I didn't even know they had been there to do it! I climbed up on a ladder to check it out and the workmanship is fantastic, clean, and it looks like the shingle never left. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quick response, and quality workmanship. I was very happy to have my roof fixed, but even happier to have found a reliable, professional, and curteous contractor, which I will not hesitate to use in the future, be it a simple repair or whole new roof.
