Review content:
Don't be fooled by First Union Automotive. They are extremely friendly and helpful until you sign the papers and drive off of the lot. They also screen all of their reviews so that only the positive feedback will be visible. They offer a warranty that doesn't cover anything, and their inspection process is bogus. I purchased a vehicle from them, and I have had nothing but trouble out of it. Before I purchased the car, I pointed out a few issues that I noticed... clutch, bad tires, brakes... They told me that the clutch was fine even though you have to let the pedal out all the way before it starts pulling. I was told that the noise I heard coming from the tires was just ""tire noise."" They put new brake pads on the car, but they didn't replace/turn the rotors, so they will need to be replaced again soon. Now, the CV axles are popping, the ignition switch/relay/computer may be going out... Keep in mind, I've only had this car for about 2 1/2 months! I take responsibility for being stupid enough to buy the car, but I was in a desperate situation, and they took advantage of me! Beware of First Union Automotive!
