\r I wouldn't spend my worst enemy's money here. Salesman talked us into a floor model sectional and the dreaded extended warranty. On delivery the two mongos smashed it together until the mechanism connected. My wife was there and was in shock. Terrified they'd broken it she told me what happened. As a military pilot who builds furniture and motorcycles as a hobby I took a look and yep they broke it all right. Call Haverty's and it was like puling teeth to get them to fix it, this is after the delivery itself was 6 weeks late. Over a week later a guy comes out and fixes it, fine right? I wasn't elated but it was good enough for 3 stars maybe?\r Fast forward about 20 months and we garner one of the stains the salesman said we would and called the warranty people, 3 months, 6-9 emails, forms and photos later they're going to help us out, mmmm thanks? I paid for the warranty to ease things for my wife as she raises my kids while I'm working 12 hrs a day or deployed. I called Haverty's for an assist with the warranty folks and to let them know the connector mechanism they had repaired had failed again. They were not only unwilling to help but rude. \r Spend your money anywhere but here and remember that you get what you pay for. If you're not going Ethan Allen just go to Ashley. They are at or above Haverty's in quality for less money and their customer service is better. Brittany and Jackie at Tuscaloosa Havertys have no concept of customer service, care or concern. that makes it tough to make money in the business world. But what do I know I only have an MBA. Being military we've bought some furniture and I've built some myself. If you have the time and patience build it. If not buy it at Ashley and when you retire build it better! God Bless and good luck. \r
