I am truly sorry you did not get the quality care or service you deserved when you came in for your treatment in 2011. I actually took over MedCosmetic in June 2012 from Dr. Marti Byers and changed the practice to Mirabile M.D. Beauty, Health & Wellness, which has received excellent reviews. It's unfortunate the reviews here reflect what took place previously and I'm paying for mistakes made prior to my involvement with MedCosmetic. \r

However, I can assure you since we have made major changes in this practice, we have many happy patients, and I would like to make you one as well. I cannot undo the negative experience that took place prior to my arrival, but I hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the quality care, procedures, and service you deserve. \r
