This is the WORST, COMPANY in the WORLD. The company as a whole, it’s staff, it’s very profile exudes nothing but old fashion GREED. They rent run down, extremely unkept, unclean, and extremely dated properties for greedy landlords at astronomical prices to poor and unsuspecting families who most likely have saved all year for a bit of a respite and want to enjoy a few weeks in the sun. \r
If you rent one of their properties you most likely will have to wait days, weeks, months before someone will come out and fix whatever is wrong. Of course, by the time one of their representatives come out your holiday is over. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is none like I have ever experienced before in my life. They all have a 7th grade attitude towards everything, speak as if they are at a back yard BBQ and makes promises they cannot keep. Our experience was the worst as we made several complaints as to the overall condition of the property as it was filthy, dusty, and grimy. Things were never fixed and we were made to wait for service on more than one occasion. There were safety issues; simple fire alarms not in located in key areas throughout the property which I find completely ridiculous considering what they charge daily, weekly and monthly for these run down and dated properties. This company has bought into and promotes themselves as providing a slice of happiness for homes that look as if they have jumped off the pages of a bad issue of Home and Garden GHETTO STYLE It is my opinion this company has turned the beautiful Crystal Coast of North Carolina into a beach side Ghetto. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY for anything! Not even to take out my garbage….Beware!!!!\r
