The last two times I went to Kiss, my nails looked GREAT and I raved about them up and down to anyone who would listen. Now I will never go back.\r

On 3/16/14 I walked out of Kiss Nails because of the extremely hurtful and insulting racist comments Jenny was openly making with two customers (one of whom also seemed uncomfortable but participated in the conversation). I calmly and clearly explained to Jenny that I was leaving for this reason, and her defense was that she was ""only joking."" This not only racist and hurtful, but exTREMELY poor business practice. Kiss just lost a customer for good.
