Review content:
For the first couple of years I used Liza Jane for consignment and purchases I was pleased. For the past 8 months I have been disappointed. I dropped off items with a young lady related to the owner and she counted my items and dropped them off behind the counter. I let a couple months go buy and stopped in to pick up any monies I had accrued, but there were none. Not even a record of my drop off. Through numerous phone calls with the owner they acknowledged they had put my items in storage and mislabeled them with someone else's name, but that it would be corrected. I let another several months go by and checked back again. I was told nothing had sold yet. After 6 1/2 months I checked back again only to be told I had no money and there was no record of my items. Then the owner said I was being ""too tense"" and that ""it was not like she was curing cancer."" I told her I thought I had been very patient and cordial by stopping in and calling every so often.
