I never approved the transfer of my home owners from Citizens to Heritage yet this Florida First Insurance Inc., whom I've never met or approved as my representative agent, has failed to correct their error and this has resulted in my receipt of a letter stating my policy with Heritage is canceled due to nonpayment. Worse yet, my condo association was falsely notified several weeks ago by a third party auditing firm in Boca Raton that I failed to pay this premium. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO WAKE THESE PEOPLE UP AND FIX THIS MISTAKE???? I do not want my exceptional credit history to contain this false information. I am current with Citizens and I pay ALL of my bills on time! I will take this to the state insurance commissioner and see if he has better luck straightening these folks out! I say pick a better agent in a less than sleazy shopping mall.
