I want to give a big "Thank You" to Pete Shrader. He has been my rental agent for 2 years. He was able to find my first renter within days and my second renter within 2 weeks. I am always able to contact him via phone, email, or text with a very fast response time (even 10:30 at night). I often wonder if he ever sleeps or takes a vacation! He is very organized - all paperwork was processed quickly. He would also keep me posted on scheduled showings and feedback from potential renters.
