been going here for 14 yrs doc ducrane is the best but he made a huge mistake by taking in doc phfifer I brought my dog 12 years old in to have him put to rest and end his suffering doc phifer stuck him in the leg 3 times with a needle cause she couldn't find the vein the dog was screaming in pain I told her to get out and send in doc ducrane 2 years later I have a issue with my puppy becoming very sick I called wise rd and doc ducrane was out and the receptionist said pfifer wouldn't take my call after arguing she finally got on and told me to ge somewhere else due to the incident 2 yr ago HOW INCOMPETANT ,UNPROFESIONAL AND IGGNORANT can a person be to harbor anger cause her feelings got hurt due to her incompetence good riddance doc ducrane made a huge mistake hiring phifer beware people she is vindictive as well as incompatant
