This ""business"" has changed names in order to avoid its reputation under its prior name, Double Cabins Plantation. I met with Leslie Hollberg in May of 2013 concerning a ceremony to be held at the venue she advertised, Double Cabins Plantation. We went over my wishes for the ceremony and she took a deposit from me of $1700. I never signed a contract with her. She then told me on 6/6/13 that she did not hold a business license and needed extra money from me to acquire her license. We cancelled the ceremony due to shady business practices. She kept my decorations and money and never contacted me again. My fiance' contacted her regarding getting the money and decorations back, less $100 for her time, but she told us that though she would be happy to return our decorations, the money was hers to keep. She perpetrated fraud by representing a business that did not exist, never contacted me again, and refuses to refund any of the money that she took from us, knowing she had no license to accommodate our ceremony. DCP has since acquired a license for outdoor ceremonies, though she never told us that, but was not licensed nor accredited when she took the money and failed to tell us that. Also, this is NOT A BED AND BREAKFAST. THE INSIDE IS A WRECK AND IS ""UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS"". THERE ARE NO RENOVATIONS BEING DONE. THIS IS SIMPLY AN OLD, RUNDOWN HOUSE THEY LIVE IN AND HAVE NEVER CLEANED UP OR REPAIRED.
