I had watched an SUV on their web site for several weeks wondering why it had not sold. I had decided I could not get enough in trade for my vehicle so was in the process of waiting to sell before buying. When I contacted Blue Spruce about the vehicle they told gave me a possible trade in value for my car that would work. After driving the vehicle and getting it checked at another shop, they quickly made a quick and very good offer. The required paperwork and other things were expedited since my wife could not stay long to complete. Robert was great and answered or got answers for all my questions. Best car buying experience we have ever experienced and we will be sure to check Blue Spruce the next time we are in the market for a vehicle!
