No stars! Ordered $60 worth of food at 1:23 PM and got a message it would be delivered between 2:40 and 2:50. At 3:15, I chatted online with GH because the food hadn't been delivered yet. They said the Delivery Service (Food To Go) forgot to put the order in and it would be another hour. After 30 minutes of waiting, I received a $13 credit on my order, but the tip I added online and the delivery fee added up to more than that. At 4:40 PM, I chatted with GrubHub again. They called the restaurant again and I received an e-mail, a text, and a chat that said the food would be here in 5 minutes. It was, but they forgot the drinks and the food was cold. In the end, I wasted my entire day chatting online with GrubHub, received a $13 discount on my food and $25 Free Grub certificate to be used on a future order through GrubHub. I won't be using any of these services again.
