Review content:
Upon entring the dealership we were greeted by a few different ladies behind the counter. They were very kind and helpful, offering us coffee and snacks before guiding us to the pre-owned lot. When we got to the pre-owned lot, Kate Anderson greeted us. She was fantastic. What an amazing product knowledge she has! She was very kind and professional. After purchasing the vehicle, she walked us to the service department and introduced us to a young man there (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name). He was very willing to answer any questions we had, and congratulated us on our purchase. We were then introduced to Mario, who walked us into an office to sign papers. Once Mario realized we were not interested in the items he was offering, he was quite curt, bordering on rude. He walked us back over to find Kate, where she was waiting for us with the car all cleaned up and ready to go. Mario just kept walking...no shaking of hands, no wishing us well and hoping we return someday. The whole experience with Kate was very positive. It was disappointing to have our last few minutes at the dealership turn negative. It is too bad that Mario doesn't see that, although he personally didn't make any money off of us, he still represents a team and a dealership that is larger than himself. I am sure that dealership would like their customers to return, whether Mario makes a few bucks or not. To end on a positive note, Kate is a real asset to the company. We will be purchasing another car soon. We would love to have Kate help us with that.
