Review content:
We placed over 50 valuable dolls (antiques & rarities) and helped Hays load them into their car. Four months later, after many attempts and mostly failures to contact them, after we request a return of the dolls, we are suddenly told they were ALL sold, and enclosed was a check for $159. There were individual items valued higher than that in the 55+ lot. \r

As other angry customers have said, these people prey on especially estates of collectibles, probably sell these dolls to their family and friends at ridiculously low prices, so they can resell them again for the proper price through their connections, and through websites like eBay. We were also kept OUT of the auction (which apparently was held a week after we started demanding answers), despite being promised to be notified in order to promote it through our connections. They may seem nice but BEWARE. They're a bad lot, and you're likely to lose far more than you might potentially gain.
