I'm currently being sued by Brian Brill, Owner of Ameritech.\r

I will post a full review in the near future. \r
\r
General Terms and conditions of the Contract should be reviewed with an attorney prior to signing:\r
\r
1. You only have 3 days to cancel a signed contract with Ameritech. \r
\r
2. The contract states on line 20: \r
\r
""If the Purchaser(s) cancel the contract for any reason, other than allowed by law, Purchaser(s) shall pay the Contractor a sum of money equal to forty percent (40%) of the contract price......etc""\r
\r
and then again \r
\r
on line 21 the contract again states:\r
\r
""If I want to cancel this agreement after 3 days, Contractor does not have to allow that. I understand.....I have to pay the Contractor a late cancellation fee equal to 40% of the purchase price....etc""\r
\r
Because this may go to court, I plan to provide details of the lawsuit after a Judge has made a decision on this case or it is resolved otherwise. \r

After a decision is made I will gladly update all information to this site.\r

The Colorado DA Office\r
