Review content:
This restaurant was excellent when it first opened up. However, for the last two years my entree meal it's either a hit or miss. I do love their oysters, crab cake, and carpaccio appetizers. However, when it comes to steak (which is what I order every time) I am not always happy. To me if you are going to specialize in having a steak house then you need to be consistent with the temp. of the meat. If I say Medium then it should be medium and not well done which is what I received on my last meal. I did eat my steak and did not attempt to complain to management as I am not one of these individuals who wants a comped meal. My only reason for bringing this up is to make management aware of the importance for providing food satisfaction to all customers who pay premium price for their steaks. Personally, I would refer someone to Kevin Rathburn for a great steak.
