Very affordable & very nice furniture. I was helped by Sue & she was incredible. HOWEVER, I was told it was only going to take a week to week & a half to get my couch. It has now been almost a month. They JUST got it in yesterday and when I called, I was told I needed to speak with only ONE person who deals with shipping there. And he isnt always available. I receieved no tracking # and they couldnt even tell me a deliver time. Today I called & was told they could probably ""fit me in"" to get my couch delivered tomorrow when I was initially TOLD it would be delivered last week... still havent recieved anything. I suppose we will see IF they come tomorrow which they couldnt even tell me for sure. Very disppointed in the quality of customer service over the phone. I probably will not make another purchase here again.
