Absolutely awesome work. Starting with Micah, the owner, who was very professional in his estimate. He immediately saw the challenges to this job and gave an honest assessment of the work involved. Tony and Colyn did the work and were amazing to be around. Very concerned with pleasing us, very professional, nice, hard working.... I can't praise them enough.
The cathedral windows had 25 yr. old storm windows on the outside - which required the two of them to carefully remove each panel. Really carefully! The windows were sparkling inside and out when they finished. It was tricky to get the panes of glass back into their brackets. They cheerfully returned a week later to tighten the edging when a few fell off. During the initial job they were also able to get off a large storm window in the front of the house so they could clean that window. This antiquated window hadn't been removed in over 28 years! They were able to put it back too with some difficulty, and cheerfully did so. With the additional challenge of having to work around security barred windows all around the house, and a sliding door that had to be removed to clean - they rose to the challenge.
My husband and I are so impressed. Communication was excellent. Micah responded quickly to emails. When we notified him we had a bracket fall off on Friday, he and Tony were here Monday. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a fabulous job done.
