Review content:
The Joann's in Greenwood, IN would be fantastic if they would get rid of Nancy. She's always rude, hateful, and is never smiling. If you want a pleasant experience here, stay on opposite sides of the store from her. She could literally run into you, you could be the one to say sorry and excuse me, and she will purse her lips and say ummhmm and walk away. Other than her evil attitude, which has been going on for years, the store is great and so is the rest of the staff.
