Being a home owner for over 25 years taught me to be quite handy and up until the last few year I’ve always done my own home improvements and repairs. It was important to me to feel secure that if I did the job, it was done right and that no one cares more about my home than I do… But as I got older and not having the time, it became apparent I must hire contractors. My first two contractor hiring’s left me with bad experiences; to this day I still have regrets when I look at my siding. I met Sam Biondo while coaching his son in little league. I took notice that he owned a contracting business and several months later offered him the opportunity to bid on a partial roof repair/replacement I needed. Sam presented a fair estimate and I awarded him the job. His team was very professional, skilled and did an outstanding job. Sam was on site to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction and all debris was cleaned up and carted away. Since then I given Sam Biondo other jobs and never did I have any regrets. Sam is a stand up guy who really cares about your home. He’s professional, fair and honest. I would not hesitate to trust my home to Biondo Contracting knowing the job will be done right.”
