Sam Biondo and Biondo Contracting replaced the roofing shingles on our home this past year. The conracted work included the complete rip off of the already twice shingled roof, replacing damaged plywood underlayment, installing new ice shield, installing a new ridge vent across the entire roof, replacing the chimney and vent pipe shields, and nailing down the new shingles. Sam Biondo was the foreman for the four man crew and was on the site for the entire removal and installation, and personally installed the new roof shingles. The workmanship was excellent and the installation timely. Biondo Contracting did the rip off and installation of 30 squares of roofing within a two day window. Clean up was meticulous and thorough. No damage was done to any of the many flowers and shrubs around the home. I had solicited four bids for the roofing work and selected Biondo Contracting based on competitive price (not the lowest), his location in East Brunswick, and his work ethic. I have personally recommended Biondo Contracting to my family and friends. Mr. Biondo is dedicated and well experienced as evidenced by the way he directed his crew and the detail of finishes to the contract.
