Recently, a leak developed in my roof which resulted in water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen. I called Sam and asked him to come to my home and assess the problem and to recommend the appropriate solution. Sam came out right away and, after thoroughly inspecting my roof, advised me that the best, and most permanent solution, would be to replace the shingles on one section of my roof. I agreed and received a detailed, and very fair, quotation the very next day as to the cost and scope of the work needed. I accepted the quotation and arranged a date for Sam and his crew to do the work. Sam and his crew arrived precisely when he promised, replaced the roof section (with no unpleasant and costly surprises), and cleaned up every scrap of waste before they left. A great job!
All in all, I would have to say that my experience with Sam Biondo, and Biondo Contracting, was definitely one which will lead me to call Sam the next time I need a job done. In addition, I will enthusiastically recommend these folks to my friends should they need the services of a first rate contractor.
