Review content:
We hired Biondo Contracting to do a re-roofing of our slate roof. When Sam came out to give us an estimate, he was not only prepared to give us an estimate on our slate roof but also came with an alternative–a composite that looks like slate, but is more environmentally friendly and looks great. We had other estimates from other contractors but we were, by far, most impressed with Sam. He represented that he would be onsite for the entire project and was even willing to put in writing that he would not only be onsite but also that he would finish the project without interruption, weather permitting. Needless to say, that is EXACTLY what Sam did. As soon as the weather cleared, he was onsite the entire time. Moreover, he provided me with constant updates on the status of the roof, unlike any other contractor I have used. In terms of the actual job, it looks FANTASTIC! So far, so great!
