I would like to thank Sam and his roofing team at Biondo Contracting for the speedy and fantastic job they did replacing my roof. Everything Sam told me to expect for the job happened. This included being on time to start work every day, the arrival of the materials, the clean-up, the paperwork and most importantly the completion of the beautiful new roof. Sam’s team also installed new skylights and he went out of his way to deal with some unexpected problems when the old ones were causing trouble during removal.
I’d also like to point out that Sam, the owner, was present on site every day directing and participating in the completion of the job. Rare to see these days. He took care of the permits, provided me with everything in writing and included a copy of his insurance. He also answered his phone every time I had a question. Being this was my first roof replacement that was very important to me. Lastly, I had contacted three roofers and Sam’s prices were the best. Best price and fast, efficient service. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Sam!
