Review content:
Enormis provides the very best in sales and service, and especially service afterwards! We had Enormis do two tasks for us, the first being a remote starter, and the second being tinting the windows. \r \r I’ll speak on the starter. It was put in an older car that we were going to keep for another two years or so. When purchased, the nice folks at Enormis indicated that it could be moved from the original car to the replacement. The original install went without a problem, as did moving it to the newer car. \r \r A few months ago, we started having problems with the remote starter as far as range. Through much research on Enormis’ part, including talking with other dealers, it turned out there was some type of interference that caused some range issues. I, and others, submitted paperwork to the FCC indicating some other device was causing the interference. Needless to say, I haven’t heard back from the FCC. Similarly, the manufacturer of the remote starter was zero help. I conversed both via e-mails and telephone, and the manufacturer was very non-caring. (I later found out that Enormis started selling remote starters from a different vendor.) The solution Enormis (and their resources) came up with was a different antenna. The antenna receives the signal but somehow has the smarts to better reject the stray errant signals). The result? The remote starter works better than ever! \r \r It is indeed a unique experience to do business with a company of any size that cares and services customers even as small as us. We have not EVER hesitated in recommending Enormis! \r
