My apology that you did not have a wonderful experience when you came in for your contact lens (CL) exam at Rosemount Eye Clinic. Our staff strives to make each paitent's experience a very positive one. \r

First, I hope you will contact Dr. Kniefel regarding your eye care needs. It is concerning when you mentioned that you cannot see. Was it like that when you can in for your CL check-up? Please call our office at your earliest convenience so we can address this urgent matter. \r

Regarding your 15% back. When you review your insurance benefits you will notice that your plan has two options. One that contributes to the purchase of your contact lenses and the other option reimburses you 15% of your CL exam which is why you were charged the amount in question. (Should you have further questions regarding the benefits of your vision service plan I would contact your HR representative). \r
