While it was well known I came for a complete 2nd opinion, after hours I left with only estimates. Although julio was extremely caring and professional, I was sick when I left because I wasted my time. I am very satisfied with the job of inspection and evaluation and I would return for all the necessary repairs, but I feel that I should have been informed there was a problem in writing a clear 2nd opinion and their guidelines, standards and knowledge wasn't expressed in a report. The necessary people inform me that they will not accept anyone's word except in writing. I am confident that if I return in the near future that a good job will be done on my repairs. I am just so upset that I wasn't informed when I originally called and stated what I needed that you weren't comfortable giving me a written 2nd opinion. My mother was sick all day knowing how much this affected me and how it was handled at the end.
BTW after my car sat it was again a nightmare to drive home. I know I would have to leave it overnight for julio to see what I work with all the time. I am very stressed and this was very hard on me. I had all intentions of returning next week for repairs before. I just don't understand why I wasn't told your position before sitting for 6 hours very far from my home. I would hope that I could use your services, but I feel kinda used by the situation inside. I will have to think about it. But I again feel you would do an excellent job and stick to standards. I just didn't appreciate the attitude. I'm just being honest. I am a disabled person who didn't need to waste time and get sick on the way home because of it. This business as you know is sketchy and I just needed you to write what you said to me because I feel you are reputable.
