Just when my wife and i thought we made it through another winter with our extremely old furnace, it died two nights ago. We woke up and the house was pretty cold and with this winter being so unpredictable we had to have it fixed. My parents recommended this company because they have used them before on a couple occasions. Like most people we have been taken advantage of by contractors before but with my fathers recommendation we gave them a call. They were on time within the 2 hour window they gave us. They were very thorough. The owner and his assistant/helper wore shoe covers and they actually LISTENED to our concerns. When all was said and done it was a very minor issue. We were not pressured into buying a new furnace like we had other companies do to us in the past. We felt like they genuinely cared. They repaired our furnace and got us through another winter (Fingers Crossed). Thanks for caring about the customer!!!!\r
