I lived here for several years must say I was very happy when I was finally able to move. When I lived here they had a terrible rat problem. My cat killed two rats that had made their way into my home, I found dead ones in the yard which I called to management's attention, you could hear them on the roof of the home at night it was awful!!! I also thought the restrictions were way to strong and the expectations of management were out of line. For example there was a HUGH PALM TREE on the space I rented I was made to have it trimed at my expense which at the time was almost 800.00 this tree did not belong to me it was on their property this is just one example. Again when I was able to move I almost ran out of there.
