my dental adventure I was first seen last year 2013 in By the general dentist in Awatukee the doctor was friendly but the girl that took the xrays was condescending . I was referred to the periodonist Docter Mazer and his staff and was seen over the course of the next few months there I have to say they are amazing as well as the financial coordinator . The only problem I have had with this place is the billing department. I am not sure what the issue is I have insurance and one day I walk out with zero balance and the next day get a bill for 120 dollars . I call them and they are really bad about returning calls . I have had to take the statement from my insurance to prove I don't owe them amount in question. one time they even tried to bill me a late fee because they didn't bill the insurance until 4 months LATER. its like I have to do my job and their job too. It makes me frustrated because I love love the dentist the specialist and the billing is such a hassle . once I went to pay cash and no one had change 3 dollars come on people
but I love the staff so for now I will deal with billing people
they should know the benefits and the estimates
