Review content:
So imagine you are shopping with a friend for a week both trying to get two cars together at the same rate and at signing one of the deals falls through. I was ready to walk out. Luckily, the Sales Manager, Armen Injijian, came in to hear out the situation and try to resolve it. He stated to me that it has nothing to do with him or Lexus SM but with the Bank (Lexus Financial). And the bank does not deal with people in person but they deal with numbers. So the bank can't reduce the rate. However, he heard me out and understand how the situation may seem unfair from my view as my friend got the deal that we shopped for but I didn't. So he ended up doing the deal at a bigger loss because Lexus Bank couldn't reduce it. \r

This was a complicated situation. I believe Armen really only pushed it through because he wants to make customers, whether they buy or not, happy and be fair. When he honored the deal, I can say that they kept their word and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you deserve. I dealt with a few Lexus managers in So Cal, and Armen was the most courteous and patient. Other managers would have been less workable. Go to Lexus SM, they'll honor their word and are beyond fair.
