I am sad to say that I did not have a positive experience with Primrose of West Allen. First, there is a decided lack of communication and warmth in the classroom. My school-aged daugher was ridiculed by the teacher who enlisted the students to tease and humiliate her. He and the class had her in tears as they as a group harrassed her. She has been in daycare since she was four and we have NEVER had a teacher that taught the class to be mean or cruel to others. I was unhappy with how the school handled the matter when they investigated. They offered to put her in a class with much younger children instead of his class. A solution, yes, except that the teacher in the other class is engaged to the man that bullied and humiliated my child. To my knowledge, the offending teacher was given a written warning. Needless to say, we do not attend Primrose of West Allen, I and I would not recommend it to anyone.
