I would highly recommend NOT hiring this company. Their ""deep"" clean isn't even a good surface clean. When we returned home, we found debris on the tile floor, dirty baseboards, upstairs garbage can sitting in the livingroom, kitchen appliances hadn't even been wiped down, fixtures were streaked... the list goes on and on. When I voiced my complaints, the owner went around to fix her cleaners' mistakes. She then left without telling us (we were trying to stay out of the way and were in the backyard). Had she said she was done, I would have checked her work. It was no better, and I think she knew this, which is why she left without saying anything. The floors were now free from most debris, but the whole downstairs' tile was HEAVILY streaked. Sink fixtures still streaked. Found later that some windows hadn't been cleaned, master tub still had a scummy ring around the drain, etc. Oh and apparently a ""deep"" clean doesn't include the oven. So many problems. Terrible work. They should be ashamed. She offered to come back the next day, but I highly doubt a third attempt at cleaning would have a different outcome. And I wasn't wanting to wait around again... I forgot to mention that they were late as well, foe the cleaning and for the initial quote appointment. All around bad business. We feel ripped off by these incompetent people. Save your money or go with another company.
