Initially, I communicated online with Kiersten concerning the purchase of a car. I actually live about 350 miles from Beaverton Toyota but this dealership had been recommended by my daughter who lives in the area and who had purchased a car from Beaverton Toyota. My initial experience with the person who sent me via email all the information I requested. When I came to Beaverton Toyota I met with Juan Orozo, who showed me various cars of the type I was interested in and that were within the area of the price I told Mr. Orozco I was able to pay. Mr. Orozco is an excellent salesperson. He was knowledgeable, listened to me and was a salesman who was not overly pushey. I truly appreciated that quality in him. I did purchase a Toyota Camry to replace the Camry which I was retiring. I have owned Toyotas since 1970 and purchased them from various dealerships over the years. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and. Thank you, Juan Orozco and Beaverton Toyota.
