Do not use their services. They forgot about my wedding. After calling numerous times with questions and planning the day had come to get married and I thought for sure everything would be prepared... We all showed up to get ready and no one was there.. I called Suzanne and she answered, with no remorse at all, that she forgot about my wedding and that she was on vacation. She was rude and not at all accommodating to the current situation at hand. We were finally let in an hour later than scheduled but my day had already been ruined. Nothing was set up of course as far as my color theme and flowers and I was embarrassed because of course all my family was there. I demanded that I get my money back... But of course had to bug her numerous times about it because she is the BIGGEST AIRHEAD in the world. Anyone who has worked with her would agree. Turns out my date that I set and paid for was never placed in the calendar, one reason why it was forgotten, even after numerous phone calls and discussions with Suzanne. So what happened to the money if it was never placed in the calendar and they had no records at all that the day was set for me??? She pocketed the money. I fortunately had the receipt and got my money back.. But not once did she apologize. Never, ever would I recommend this place as long as Suzanne is running it. I was blessed to have married the love of my life which made everything okay, but the whole process up to the very second I said I do was a mess and there is no one else to blame but her.
