in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Mr. Light Bulb is a local sign maker specializing in smaller projects--usually small businesses or individuals needing a sign for an event, etc. The employees are creative and resourceful and work best when you come in with as few details as possible regarding what kind of sign you need. If you provide them with just the basics, they'll create on the computer (usually within a few days) some ideas for the layout of your sign. If you have email, they'll send it to you electronically. Jobs can take up to 2 weeks for completion, but they've always been prompt. I've never had a delay, and usually I get my signs earlier than I was told.
