What a joy it is to drive my new red GMC Terrain-!! There's nothing like that new car smell is there! There's also nothing like dealing with such nice people who made the whole process virtually painless, your Alexander crew. I cannot say enough about Shane Morger with whom we've had dealings with for many years. Shane is the salt of the earth and always represents the dealership so well in our community, and personally too. Shane introduced us to Sergio Arroyo who did an excellent job finding us the right vehicle for us and with Shane's help just the right deal. We couldn't be happier. What has been impressive also is the ""after care"". We receive at least 3 phone calls and a letter telling us to rely on them and the Dealership to take care of any problems or concerns we had. You can feel good and be proud of the way your crew represented Alexander of Oxnard.
