I knew I had found the right attorney to represent me in my divorce when Kerry told me in our first meeting that his primary concern was for the welfare of my two children. He was focused on what was best for them throughout the process. He did a remarkable job in getting me a fair settlement and I have no doubt that he would have been outstanding if the case had gone to trial. Kerry made me a partner in the process. He welcomed my parents to join in as well. He validated my concerns and answered a million questions with patience, straightforward humor and honesty. He is truly a talented and dedicated professional. Kerry has incredible expertise in the family court system, a brilliant mind, compassion and quick wit. He understands that divorce is an emotional and legal mine field and he goes the extra mile to protect and fight for his clients. It is clear he is well liked and respected by his peers and judges. He defies the common stereotypes often attributed to the legal profession while maintaining a reputation of being tough, fighting hard and not backing down. He is a Rhode Island native, educated in New England, extremely family centric and has the cutest little dog. His new assistant, Susan, is very personable professional and efficient. He is a very busy man which is also very reassuring. The best days I spent during this emotional ordeal were in his office because he was always able to empower me with his knowledge and confidence and make me laugh when I thought it was impossible. He will tell you that he “will get you through it” but he will do much more than that. You will be stronger and more secure at the end of the process if you hire Kerry to represent you. I highly recommend him.
