With only 20% of my data being recovered, being hung up on during a phone call about this problem in mid-sentence (by Scott H specifically) and getting completely scammed, I am hoping to warn many others before they put their trust in a company like this. I have given them 6 opportunities to make this right, and it is obvious that they do not care about your satisfaction once they have your credit card number. Save your data, time and energy and go elsewhere.
