REALLY bad experience with these guys, unfortunately. I signed an agreement on which I negotiated an out clause. They said (in the agreement) they would cancel my current service, then came back and said they couldn't after all, at which point I said I wanted to wait until my other agreement was finished before I started with them. Then the rep began to lecture me for not being responsive enough to them, and after an unproductive conversation I said that I wasn't interested in service anymore. She said that I would have to pay a cancellation fee (for a service I never received!) and that if I didn't pay it would go to collections. She was extremely rude. I just got the invoice in the mail with the payment due date scratched out in pen and big bold ""DUE UPON RECEIPT"" written on it. What a joke. I'm sure this is a decent company but this person completely ruined my experience. Be warned!
