My daughter's car broke down in chapel hill over the weekend. It was parked at a Mall lot and I contacted Fred on Monday morning. He was very friendly and towed the car to his facility to diagnose the problem. He contacted me to let me know that the problem could only be fixed at a dealership. He took the car to the dealership for me. I am out of town so all this was done over the phone. Fred kept me informed of what they were doing and i never felt he was taking advantage of me even though i was having to do all this 2 hours away. His charges were very reasonalbe for the work he did before determining the problem could only be handled by the dealership... I would recommend this facility needing someone they can trust. I did research on this aamco facility before contacting fred and after i chose him, i found out he has a very good reputation in the durham area.
