Review content:
After being with Terry Warren Nationwide Insurance for 18 years, auto and home, I paid my car insurance online. Apparently I transposed some numbers and the payment was not sent. Terry Warren's staff could not even be bothered to call me but instead, CANCELED my auto policy. I recieved notice 2 days later of the cancelation. In NC if you are without auto insurance you are fined $50/car...I have 3...$150.00. Then to add insult to injury, I get a bill from Terry Warren for $210.00 for the 2 days I was without insurance. I called and asked why and the woman on the phone said she would look into and get back to me. I never heard anything. Today I got a bill from a collection agency for the $210.00. I paid them for auto and home for 18 years and feel like I have been terribly screwed over. I can't speak for all of Nationwide...but be warned do not do business with this office!!!
