I used Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Inc. after I spotted on of their technicians, Ronald in a parking lot. I asked him if he could clean the carpeting on a 103 foot yacht. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. When I gave him some feedback on an area I thought could be done a little better, he took it very well. He was more than willing to accommodate my request. He was really respectful. I was so happy that I have two other boats I want him to work on.
