I received an email advertising that there are oil changes Saturdays for $19.95, which worked out great because I needed one done. I scheduled it, dropped off my car in the morning and when I went to pick it up I was hit with a bill of $59 and change. I questioned it and was told I needed my air filter replaced. Ok, fine. But why was I not called and informed of this before it was done?? The man who I dealt with would not even look me in the eye and all he said was "oh the guy didn't call you?" When you go in expecting to pay one thing, and your bill triples, it's annoying. For even a small amount as $60.
