Horrible experience with a sales person that was so bad he never even introduced himself so I don't know his name. He was tall with glasses and has facial hair. I work in the sales industry and would not allow customer service like I received. When I asked if they are flexible with the price his response was ""we only have 800 in markup so not very much"". I used to work in the power-sports industry and I am aware of the tactics of some of the extra fees like freight, prep, assembly and destination charges that are used to make up profits for discounted deals. These fees are not required or necessary and when I asked if they have these charges his response was ""yes and that's how we do business here"". I then mentioned that I know some people at Renegade and that I would check to see I what they could do his response was ""go see Rich and Rad"". He actually sent me out the door to see his competition and even mentioned the owners by name. I understand that they have to make money and all I was doing was trying to get a fair deal. He never even sat me down to work out some numbers, he only seemed disinterested and sent me to the competition. I was shocked and will say that I would NEVER allow anyone on my sales team to ever treat customers that way and would not have this guy representing my business.
