I WOULD NEVER LEAVE MY CHILD HERE! HORRIBLE FACILITY!\r

The manager of the Wasilla location and his wife were witnessed by my 9 year old sister and mother, spanking children in the childcare facility. I have contacted their customer service department to which they ""could not evidence"" this spanking on their video recording. They also explicitly stated that if the manager was spanking his own children in the presence of my child within the childcare facility ""that is not a concern of the company's."" This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when I am paying for a childcare service. \r

Additionally, upon joining Body Renew I was told verbally that I had 90 days and/or 24 visits to determine whether the gym was a good fit for my family. During this period I could break my contract without penalty. This verbal agreement is not being honored by Body Renew and I am being forced to pay a cancelation fee of $150.
