Review content:
I had Monster Movers move my materials out of an apartment, into storage, and several months later, from storage into a new house.
I chose them for the move out of the house because they were significantly cheaper than other bidders. They did an excellent job.
Storage went without problems.
The return had a number of hitches. Although I scheduled the move, it was apparently not recorded, so when I called to confirm, no one knew anything about it We got that clarified, and they did move the materials in.
The movers were good, but we did not check off the boxes as they were brought in (which is how another moving company did it for me some years ago). I regret that because several standing lamps never made it. In addition, an office chair was broken and the movers told me that the company would replace them. I called about the chair and the lamps, however, but never got a response.
